Financial Information

JP Graphics will protect any personal financial information that you share with us. When you make a purchase online, we will use your credit card information only to process your order. For reasons of security, credit card information is not stored on our web server. We will retain order information for our records, and this information is never shared with third parties. This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Our secure shopping cart uses the latest secure server technology. Your order is submitted and retrieved with a secure connection to our server and remains secure at all times.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once a customer has viewed an online, digital soft proof and proceeded with the payment process, JP Graphics proceeds with production. We assume that no errors exist.

If an error has been made on our part, we will re-run an order without additional charges. We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery, via email or telephone correspondence. Proof of proper sustainable disposal of the damaged goods is required for reprint. This should be in either the form of an email stating that the goods have been properly disposed of, or an emailed photograph of the products being properly recycled. This is a good-faith effort, and JP Graphics expects our customers to adhere to our no-waste philosophy.

If for any reason you aren`t fully satisfied with your printed piece, we will either reprint it or provide a refund, with the following terms and conditions:

• Full refund guarantee does not apply to shipping claims. We will reprint orders damaged or lost by UPS or FedEx.
  
• We reserve the right to have you return the original order, at our cost, before reprinting or refunding your order.
  
• Maximum refund per order or customer is $250. The only remedy for problems with orders over $250 is reprinting of the order to correct product defects.
  
• This guarantee is limited to reprint of the original order quantity or refund of the purchase price of the order. We are not responsible for any damages or claims incurred by you or your business caused by receiving printed materials which are defective or incomplete or which you receive later than the estimated delivery date.
  
• This guarantee does not cover fees for mailing service or postage or associated incidental or consequential damages or claims. JP Graphics is not liable for U.S. Postal Service errors, including loss or delay.
  
  

Merchandise

If you are not completely satisfied with any preprinted merchandise (e.g. cupcake holders, gift boxes) you may return them for a full refund excluding shipping and handling charges.

Payment

All prices on the site are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD). All orders are to be paid in full before being processed, including shipping and handling as well as taxes for orders placed in California. JP Graphics adds sales tax to all orders received within the state of California, unless you are exempt. If you are exempt, please contact JP Graphics to provide the necessary documumentation.

For files that are uploaded, orders will be processed once an invoice has been paid. When requesting a quote for additional services, a quote will be made in U.S. Dollars and upon approval of the quoted price by the customer; charges will be invoiced using a provided credit card.

Proofs, Cancellation, and Correction Fee Policies

Online pdf proofs are provided for every job created in the JP Graphics Design Center. Proceeding to the checkout process indicates an approval of the online proof. Customers realize that online proofs are for content only, and are not accurate representations of the finished product color.

JP Graphics is not responsible for any and all typos found in user generated content. This includes orders created with our online templates and files uploaded to our website. Orders will not be credited. Reprints will be treated as new orders and must be paid in full, including shipping.

Customers that request in-house design services agree to an $80 per hour design charge. This includes design, typesetting, and author’s alteration.

You may cancel your order anytime prior to approving your proof without incurring any charges.

If you find problems with your proof, you can either send us a corrected file, or have us make corrections at $10 each. There is no charge for corrections required as a result of any errors we introduced in preparing your proof.

Turnaround

Standard turnaround is 5 business days for printing only. Shipping time is either standard delivery or rush delivery chosen by the customer upon checkout and order completion.

Premium pricing is offered to customers interested in 2 day turnaround for production at an additional charge of 25%. Standard business days are Monday through Friday. 2-day turnaround orders must be placed before 12 PM Pacific time; otherwise they will enter into standard production. Orders submitted on Friday after 12 PM pacific time will be submitted to production the following Monday. Premium pricing offers only accelerated turnaround, not rush shipping.

Copyright

We respect the intellectual property of others and request that our customers to do the same. When you order printing from JP Graphics, via either our website or in person, you are representing that you have full rights to use the copy, design, and images in your pieces without infringing the intellectual property rights of third parties. Creative material does not have to exhibit a copyright notice in order to be protected by copyright law. Absence of such notice does not necessarily assure a right to reproduce. You further warrant that no copyright notice has been removed from any material used in preparing your content for reproduction. JP Graphics is not responsible for copyright infringement and assumes that customers are uploading all files legally and with permission from copyright holders.

You agree to indemnify and hold JP Graphics and our business partners, officers, or employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys` fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit for printing.

Submitted Content

JP Graphics shall have the right to refuse to print any content that violates any applicable federal or state laws or may otherwise be obscene or objectionable. You further acknowledge that we may disclose content if required to do so by law or in the good faith believe that disclosure is necessary to comply with legal actions or claims, or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of our business, our customers and the public.

When you, or someone on your behalf, orders a print item under your account, you grant us the license to access and store the digital files for use in processing print orders. You agree that we have no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any content transmitted to our site. You agree to grant us permission to include your printed pieces as samples of our products on our website and/or to display or mail samples of your piece(s) unless you specifically request that we do not include them in our samples.

Privacy Policy

JP Graphics values you as a customer. We respect and are firmly committed to your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy describes information we collect and how we use it. When you visit our website, we collect and store information to measure the number of visitors to different areas of the site to assist us in making the site more useful to you. This includes your IP address (not your email address) and the date and time of your visit.

We treat your personal information with care. Our site`s registration form requires users to give us personal information (like their name and email address). We may also request other information to help us better understand the current and future needs of our customers. Entry of such information is optional. No information collected for order processing or from inquiries is shared with any other company or website. This information is only used to contact the customer when necessary, or to provide news, special offers or invitations to participate in customer surveys or testimonials. Users may opt-out of receiving such mailings from us on the registration page or by updating their account settings.

We may modify this policy at any time at our discretion and all modifications will be effective immediate upon our posting of the modifications on this site. Unless we specifically provide otherwise, this policy only applies to this site and our online activities, and does not apply to any of our offline activities.
